Started out well with Prosecco upon arrival, signature room was amazing, and complentary breakfast delivered to our door was delicious. One of the best of hotels i have ever stayed. The service and the staff make you feel like a king! Access to boat taxis is very convenient and the hotel is quite close to San Marco. Breakfast was exceptional. Room was super clean, large and quiet. You will see a touch of luxury everywhere. Will definitely visit again.

This hotel has to be the best in Venice. Very quiet location and close to the main sites at the same time. The front desk was awesome!! Everyone super friendly especially Fiore. Also our room 336 was so romantic with a private terrace. I would stay here again and again!!!!!

Fantastic boutique hotel outside tourist zone

Really excellent service in a beautiful boutique hotel with its own dock for water taxis. The location was a bit out of the way which has pros and cons. Far less busy than the main tourist islands but you need to walk further and take a ferry nearly everywhere. Despite the suite being huge and we'll appointed the bathroom is very small for more than one person, that's my only critique really of the whole place.
