Great place to stay on Venice Lido. So convenient for the boat ferry to and from 'main' Venice, and an easy walk to the Lido Beach if you fancy a relaxing day. Lovely comfortable room, and good continental selection for breakfast - note the hotel does not serve lunch or dinner options. Would recommend as a place to stay.

Family visit to Venice

Family trip. Chose to stay on Lido for a little more space and to be able to escape the city crowds. It did not disappoint. Villa Pannonia is a lovely, well kept, small hotel in a very convenient yet quiet location, just a block back from the restaurants and cafes on the main Street. Comfortable and clean room and a great breakfast buffet to start the day. Reception staff were friendly and helpful and the woman working the breakfast area was very attentive and professional.

Wonderful

A wonderful little oasis of calm. Located a street back from the main road so peaceful. Easy and quick to get to both the vaporetto and the beach. Staff lovely. Only thing I would say is if you’re tall, the loft rooms have very low ceilings in places!

We arrived at 12 ,kindly ask for luggage storage only ,but the lady on the counter says let me see what can I do for you ,then we are checking in to our comfortable room ,with bottle of champagne welcome us!we love the location,we love the atmosphere and everything about this hotel.we have very bad experience with the previous hotel in Mestre. I will tell all my friends to stay in this lovely hotel if they can to Venice.

When we first checked in we were given room 321. The room was very disappointing. I asked to change rooms at first this was not possible but when I asked a different member of staff later in the evening they managed to move us to 213 the next day.

We stayed at Villa Pannonia some years ago, and we enjoyed being able to return from busy Venice of an evening to sample the restaurants of Lido. As then, on our most recent visit, March 2023, we found Hotel Villa Pannonia a friendly place to stay, with clean well appointed rooms and lovely staff. There are many options provided for breakfast and the staff are very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is around 10 minutes walk from the Vaporetto and the various options for getting around. There are many restaurant options on the nearby main Street, and Lido is a lovely place to be based. For anyone visiting in summer, there is a large beach as a further option, which with us visiting in March we didn’t sample. I highly recommend Hotel Villa Pannonia.

Die Unterkunft ist prima gelegen- Strand und Boote nach Venedig zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war ordentlich & sauber. Abzug lediglich wegen des kleinen Bades und der undichten Dusche.
