"This lovely beach cottage was spacious inside for our family of 5 adults but also provided a cozy front porch with firepit for relaxed gathering. The beach access mere steps away was another plus. The owners are extremely responsive and gracious fielding our questions both pre-trip and during. Highly recommend this property as your home base as you explore the Oxnard/Ventura area."

"There was a good vibe and the backyard was really nice. The hot tub was used a couple of time. Great location to the beach and the grocery store. My son and I walked there to do some shopping. Note: the guitar on the wall was missing the 6th string, but my son was still able to play Jack Johnson song 😊"

The spacious house is in a very convenient location - close to shops and restaurants. The view of the channel is gorgeous and there is a wonderful walking path nearby that takes you all around the harbor. The location is perfect, the house is cozy, the backyard is a dream, and it’s close to everything so you can easily walk or ride bikes to town for groceries or dining out. Loved it and will stay here again. One suggestion is to have a mat for the bathtub as it’s very slippery. Really enjoyed our time here. "
