"The location was wonderful and the home was perfect to accommodate 11 people. There were some things that did not work, the coffee maker is very confusing to use and slow, the air conditioning on the main floor did not work and the griddle and one burner on the range did not work. It also would have been nice to have wash cloths and more bath towels. But, a very lovely home and the property manager we dealt with was very helpful and quick response to my questions. "

"We stayed several nights. This house is in a quiet neighborhood and spacious parking is available in driveway and on street. This would be a great place to stay if you have a larger group. There is plenty of room for all your gear. 3 bedrooms with queen beds, a living room, a family room with an additional bed and 2 couches, 2 full baths and a 1/2 bath, and an outdoor area with a pool and a hot tub. "This was a great location and we were able to ride our bikes everywhere. The furniture was well used and slightly broken. Also, the master bathroom had mold all over the ceiling. It made us feel like the bathroom was dirty."

"Our family of 5 had a great time at this mountain house. There was plenty of room, it was well appointed. The kitchen met all of our needs. We did get a little bit of snow and our rental car with all-wheel tires had a hard time getting out the steep driveway. 4x4 or snow tires are a necessity when the weather calls for even a dusting. . While it has four beds the main living space upstairs seems tight for parties more than three adults or two adults and one or two small children. Parking of large trucks would seem like a challenge but our midsized sedan fit snugly. Great place for two. Certainly close to central Reno in a revitalized older neighborhood,"

"Love coming to Northstar! The facility is beautiful! The rooms are great. The communication is easy too. Of course we come during off season, so the downside is a lot of the shops and restaurants can be closed. Some of the pool areas were also closed. Truckee is so close though you have options there. Plus this hotels has activities that you can sign up for some are free and some you pay. I liked the theater option! The scenery around is just beautiful! "
