At walking distance to the Arena, this apartment is the ideal base for your vacation and your business trip. Families enjoy the size (130 square meters) and the quietness of this peaceful oasis nested in the very center of the city, which can comfortably accommodate up to seven adults and one infant. Groups appreciate rest and relaxation and a short commute to business centers.

The property is located in the Cittadella neighborhood and is close to Corso Porta Nuova. Yet it is in a tranquil and peaceful street, overlooking a gardened area, next to two parking garages and at walking distance to the train station. Cafes and restaurants are downstairs.

Three bedrooms:

－ A large double room with a queen bed

－ A double room with twin beds that can be joined to form a queen bed

The living room has a queen bed sofa bed. A travel crib (for children up to 15 kg/3 years old) is also available, with mattress, blankets, pillow, and duvet. All rooms have wardrobes; the larger one has a desk as well.
