"This villa is lovely and old and very spacious. The hosts are beyond charming and so helpful. We were able to enjoy being in the country while also being very proximate to cities, towns, wine tasting and other activities, like hilltop hiking. The kitchen was not the most convenient for home cooking for Americans used to a more modern kitchen, but we managed. Our hostess made our first dinner, which was so nice and so delicious. This is an optional add-on. "

"Pool wurde nach 3 Tagen gereinigt, leider ohne Vorankündigung, plötzlich standen 2 Personen im Garten das war nicht so angenehm. Fliegengitter wären gut. Leider wurde der Rasen nicht gemäht und es sind sehr viele Treppen vorhanden. Ansonsten ist die Lage traumhaft schön und ruhig ( kommt allerdings auf die direkte Nachbarschaft an). Sämtliche Utensilien die man benötigt sind in der Villa vorhanden ( TV allerdings nur auf italienisch möglich ). Der Gardasee und die Altstadt von Sirmione ist...

No, it did not have a hot tub - but it turns out that VRBO have been adding this to many of their properties. One of the great surprises that the property now benefits from a continuous supply of filtered water - plain or carbonated We had a great holiday and would thoroughly recommend this property without hesitation. "This villa was spectacular. The view was breathtaking all the rooms were large, comfortable and well appointed. There was a great balcony with a large table and seating area where you could see beautiful sunset views. The kitchen had everything you need and then some. There is a very nice pool which was great to come home to after a day in the sun. The villa is a short walk to central Bardolino and many restaurants and shops.
