"Wir 8 Personen hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der ersten Oktoberwoche 2023 in dieser traumhaften Villa. Dank des sehr sonnigen Wetters konnten das Anwesen und vor allem auch der Pool noch gut genutzt werden. Vielen Dank für die freundliche Betreuung!"

"Pool wurde nach 3 Tagen gereinigt, leider ohne Vorankündigung, plötzlich standen 2 Personen im Garten das war nicht so angenehm. Fliegengitter wären gut. Leider wurde der Rasen nicht gemäht und es sind sehr viele Treppen vorhanden. Ansonsten ist die Lage traumhaft schön und ruhig ( kommt allerdings auf die direkte Nachbarschaft an). Sämtliche Utensilien die man benötigt sind in der Villa vorhanden ( TV allerdings nur auf italienisch möglich ). Der Gardasee und die Altstadt von Sirmione ist...

"Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, entgegenkommend und engagiert. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und auch am Pool war es sehr schön. Auch die Lage war gut und man konnte viele Orte in nur wenigen Autominuten erreichen. "

"This villa was spectacular. The view was breathtaking all the rooms were large, comfortable and well appointed. There was a great balcony with a large table and seating area where you could see beautiful sunset views. The kitchen had everything you need and then some. There is a very nice pool which was great to come home to after a day in the sun. The villa is a short walk to central Bardolino and many restaurants and shops. "Die Lage vom Haus war toll. Allerdings gibt’s keine Klimaanlage im Haus. Es war unerträglich heiß. Dazu kommen noch tausende von Stechmücken. Moskitonetze an den Fenstern wären zwingend notwendig. Unschön war auch das man keinen Zugang vom Garten in den See hatte. Fazit insgesamt. Völlig überteuert für das was geboten wurde."

"We were a group of 21 family members of all ages and had all 9 bedrooms in the villa. The location is great (if you want to be at the south of Lake Garda), the villa is beautiful. The host, Michele, and his wife are very friendly and they will provide a delicious breakfast and dinner upon request. Kitchen is beautiful and functional. One of the bedrooms did not have working air-conditioning, and hot water was limited at times. All rooms are not the same, as expected for a large house. If...

"It very nice and pretty new. The air conditioner was very life saving with 36 Celsius or more outside. The walk to the inner city take 20 minutes so with little kids maby using the car instead is better. "
