"We were very impressed with this hotel which we stayed at for one night on our way to Belgium from the Cote D'Azure. The house was lovely and we were met very graciously by the owner, who was very pleasant and welcoming. She informed us we could get an upgrade and we ended up having a lovely spacious suite. "Overnight stay enroute back to the uk, a little tricky to find, due to reliance on vehicle gps. Slight issues with checking in, due to some problems with Expedia system but no real problem. Bedroom amazing, so elegant. Host recommended a local restaurant for evening meal which didn’t disappoint. Great breakfast with Home made jams and cake. Enjoyed our stay."

"Location was very remote and you need to go by car to a restaurant. Unfortunately most restaurants are closed on sunday/monday and sometimea tuesdays especially during winter period. So no dinner when we came late in the afternoon. Breakfast was very nice. Next time I would choose for a hotel with dinner possibilties. "
