"My partner and I loved the privacy of this location, and how little light and sound pollution there was! It was very cold in December while we were there, but there were blankets for us to use, and the bed was incredible comfortable. A wonderful stay!"

"Cabin was perfect for our Christmas getaway.From the homey feeling we got when we walked thru the front door our family felt right at home. So much so that our granddaughter was sad to have to leave when we checked out. The cabin Is very spacious and it had everything that we needed for a perfect stay. Would love to go back sometime. "I have two grown son's (22 and 26). I am recently divorced the men-children still live with Mom. The boys and I decided that we should get together between Thanksgiving and Christmas every year. I agreed and we decided that we would use VRBO well the name alone sold me!!! We were able to Check in an hour early, which was great! My boys were driving up from Concord, NC (1hr 30mins for them) and I was driving up form Wallace, NC (3hrs 45mins for me) and we met in Mt Airy, NC (about 20-25 mins from the "It's Five O'Clock Here") in Fancy Gap, VA.Mt. Airy, NC, We ended up walking for a while on the "Riverside Park Greenway", with Alfred my Bulldog.We had Lunch at Barney's Cafe, it was home cooked burgers, fries - really good.Did the Andy Griffith Museum (I enjoyed, sons, not so much). I found it very interesting!Pit Stop Pizza and Grill (Fancy Gap, VA) had dinner here, and the boys were stunned that I was taking them to a Gas Stating Italian Dinner! Well, it WAS great and they were surprised.The Copper Pot we had breakfast here (it was a home cooked southern breakfast)We then went our separat ways home.We are considering returning next year, same time!Overall, we give "It's Five O'Clock Here" a Solid 9.5/10!"

"The property was a great like tiny home. It had all the essentials and even extras. Far enough from town to be quiet and cozy, yet close enough for shopping and restaurants "

"VeloWay Chalet is an ideal place to stay near Floyd, VA. It's really comfortably spacious for our family of 4 adults. We appreciated having the many bedrooms and really enjoys the chalet's modern decoration. We weren't able to appreciate many of the activities (books, games, outside fire pit) that they have there, but maybe we will another time. This house is really clean and well cared for. The details that are taken care of made our stay there very easy. It is really well stocked and has everything that was advertised or we could have needed. If we're looking for a house in this area again, my first search will be to see if VeloWay Chalet is available. "

"Gorgeous area, cute comfy cabin that was very well built, bucolic farmyard surroundings, friendly owners offering plenty of privacy, minutes to Floyd; it was perfect. As noted by the owners this place is for you if you’ll love being on a small family farm so of course there are chickens and goats and dogs and a horse, etc.; it’s awesome. Say hi to Zora and Michu!"
