"The service of the apartment is very good. The staffs are very friendly in providing consultancy and help. The kitchen facility is sufficient for doing self-cooking during a period of time. You could get all the ingredients from a supermarket within a 2-minute walking distance. The bus stop 12 of the hop-on-hop-off bus [redline] is about 15 minutes by foot. One improvement suggestion is that the pillows were too soft for us. It will be better if there are some alternative choices provided."

"My room was excellent, and quality of furniture, linen etc. very good. In a good location with quick access to Prater Stern station and the airport. The area is good for walking and the proximity of the Prater I liked. A nice walk to Vienna central and the museums, opera, old buildings etc. was handy. The bar was a handy place for an evening drink. The breakfast was plentiful and good quality. This was my third stay at the hotel."
