Very nice stay, at a lovely hotel just a few steps away from the main roads taking you into the hub of a beautiful city. Very polite staff mainly just didnt like a waiter who kept saying about tips. Over all great hotel highly recommend

I recently stayed at the Hotel Kaiserhof Wien and had a lovely experience overall. The hotel has many positives that made my visit to Vienna enjoyable. First, the room was impressively spacious, especially by European standards, providing plenty of comfort during my stay. The breakfast was another highlight, with a good variety of options to start the day off right. The staff truly stood out—everyone I interacted with was extremely helpful and attentive, which added a personal touch to the stay. The hotel is also very walkable, making it easy to explore the city’s attractions. While it’s not directly adjacent to the main Christmas Market, it’s within reasonable walking distance, which was convenient during my visit. The only downside was the limited selection of nearby dining options, which made finding a place to eat in the immediate vicinity a bit of a challenge. Overall, I’d recommend the Hotel Kaiserhof Wien for its comfort, excellent service, and accessibility to Vienna’s main attractions. Just be prepared to plan ahead for meals if you prefer to stay close to the hotel.

Excellent hotel. 3rd time at this hotel as it is so good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean. Breakfast fabulous. Area is excellent and very central. Would absolutely recommend to stay at the hotel and when we visit again we will definitely stay here again.

Hotel was very nice and the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable but very hot. We turned the heat down as much as possible and opened the windows but was still very warm when sleeping. We spoke with the front desk about this and they turned off the heat to our room completely, which solved the problem!
