"Very friendly and helpful reception staff - arranged day trips and taxis very efficiently. Rooms were spacious and clean, room service very good. Staff all very happy and seemed genuinely pleased to see us. Breakfast good, omelettes made to order and fresh fruit available. Perfect position to explore old town and French quarter and easy walking distance to the lake - as long as you take card crossing the roads. Saturday seemed to be car free day - enhanced general experience. "

"Loved everything about this hotel. The service received was over and beyond, the staff couldn’t do enough for you. They were very attentive at all times. After breakfast they escorted you to the lift and took the time to ask about your plans for the day as they saw you off. We were allowed to store our luggage as we were going on a halong bay cruise for two days, on our return we were told we could use the shower facilities and swimming pool at no extra cost. Our luggage was taken to the spa area ready for us. This hotel and service is of an extremely high standard."
