It’s cute, cozy, has great views, is very walkable and has a great atmosphere! The breakfast for £7 more was well worth it! The people who own and run this are amazing! So kind and helpful! "Very easy instructions to get in using the key safe box in the porch. A choice of breakfasts that is sent before you arrive you just had to let Heather have by 8.30 the night before by txting on WhatsApp very easy. Lovely clean room with shower, loo and tv. Great WiFi. Breakfast was delicious and I had different options and Heather kindly stocked up the milks tea and coffee as I was there for 5 days. Quiet area within walking distance of the train station 10 mins max and a lovely marina across...

However the TV had no signal and although there was a telephone there was nothing to plug it into. We complained and they moved us to a lovely family room. "If you are expecting 5* luxury then this might not be the place for you. However if just a quick stopover it’s not too bad at all. The rooms are functional and I personally found the bed very comfortable. This is a basic room at a value price, if you are paying for a cheap room, then expect a cheap room. Personally it was fine both price wise and comfort wise and for an overnight stay I would use again. "
