"The breakfast buffet was great, and the rooms themselves werent bad at all. The staff however, extremely incompetent, very slow to do things and very unwilling to help out. We'd sent an email detailing our arrival time and requesting an early check in, to which theyd agreed 2 months in advance. When we arrived however, they told us they had no rooms available and that we were going to have to wait. Took ages until the manager got involved and then it sorted out. "Very lovely hotel with tons of activities. I went paddle boarding, on jet-ski and listened to live music. The food was delicious on full board. The sea view is totally worth the price. The staff was all wonderful. The room ambiance is excellent, clean and had enough space. Overall this was an amazing place to stay. "

"I had my worst stay in a hotel at this place. Stuff was so rude ! Food was so disappointing and the room smelled like mould ! The bed was so uncomfortable and had very bad smell and spots. The bathroom was leaking !!!!!!! The cleaning lady entered the room While we were still in bed naked !!! She did not even knock the door. Parking was so limited and there was a big bazaar under the room and a hair dresser late !!! "
