Wadi Stone Village

Bathroom needs to be redone as tiles are very old and unclean showers need extended doors as while taking shower all waters are co.ing out to the floor and puddle of water is there Carpets of the room ate very old and discolored.

Beautiful hotel, excellent service, and good location.

This is the second time at this hotel so was very excited to be coming back. The hotel its self is stunning. We were checked in and sat around the pool until our room was ready. We were taken to our room on the first floor and I was extremely disappointed as couldn’t see the palm view at all. I rang reception but after waiting 30 mins decided to go downstairs to reception. I explained how the view wasn’t there and had stayed in a palm view room last year and the view was stunning. I asked if they had another room with a better view. The reception staff were rude, two of them talking amongst themselves and I was told different things by each one. Eventually I was told another room was possible but wouldn’t be until 4-5pm as they were waiting for people to check out. This was fine by us as we were just sat at the pool. We were told to leave our bags in the first room and they would move them and message when they room was ready. At 17.10 I ended up messaging the app myself and the communication was terrible. Our 2nd room had been ready for a while but no one had said, we waited a while to get the key and when we got to our room our bags weren’t there! Not the best way to start a birthday trip. The room was lovely tho and the view was amazing
