"This is a basic hotel, confusing when you check in and have to collect your amenities to take up to your room. No food service or food to buy on site, I think they only offered breakfast. 7 eleven was nearby so we ate there. "Got a huge shock upon checking in - halls and carpets on our floor and room looked like a war zone - shocking. No photos to show as we immediately requested a change of rooms. It turns out that they are renovating the two buildings in stages and we were able to be relocated to the renovated area, thanks to Suzuki at reception. It is a good location for Disney but beware - you would only want to stay in the renovated section. "

"My family and I were so happy we decided to book this location. It is literally 10ft away from a 7/11 store to get any food or drinks necessary. Having the 7/11 be open 24hrs was really great as we were getting food at odd times because of jet lag in the first few days.
