Not ideal
"Cancelled on me at very short notice. Offered alternative accomodation, I booked a double and was offered a single bed. Not ideal for 2 people so had to decline and partner had to drive the 3hrs home when we had already travelled 3hrs to Liverpool."

Deposit not refunded after several emails
"After several attempts by email and despite promises our deposit was not refunded. Invoice clearly states deposit is refundable. Checkin was a drama! They handle multiple properties on site and had put the wrong keys in the lock box. So we were advised to go through the different lock boxes and keys ..."
