"DO NOT STAY HERE!! I checked into The Residency Rooms Liverpool and was met with a terrible smell coming from the toilet, making the room unfit for habitation. I reported this immediately to Expedia, but the hotel was unresponsive and not answering calls from expedia. While Expedia eventually refunded the unused nights, the whole process was extremely stressful, and this property should not be listed on their site without proper checks. Very disappointed and would not recommend."
