"The property is really pretty, and the rooms extremely spacious. However the internet is terrible, trying to watch anything via their television is almost impossible with the constant buffering. The breakfast was great, but you HAVE to use the valet which is super annoying. Extremely walkable area though. Water pressure in the bathroom was extreme and the shower set up is terrible, water gets everywhere. But the cost, coupled with the walkability, large rooms and free breakfast was worth it"

"The staff here are always very friendly and kind. They check you in no matter what time it is and they don't give a fuss about it. Homekeepers offer their service when you say for an additional night which it awesome . I've asked for additional pillows and towels and it was received upon request."

"Great location. Great responses from management. Unfortunate that I had to call back and forth a number of times at checkin trying to find the right "lockbox" which was inconspicuous around a dark corner. Also circuit breaker blew when toasting, and the box was hidden behind a wall textile."

"The beds were large and comfortable and both bathrooms were spacious. The location was great, very walkable community with shops and restaurants handy and a large Target within 200 yards for essentials. Very secure building with a gorgeous rooftop area including a large hot tub. We also loved the 3rd floor open air atrium. Would stay here again. Handy to the BART and freeway."

"Getting into the property was easy and parking was very close to the unit. I have to admit, the couch / chair were probably some of the most uncomfortable furniture we’ve ever sat on. However, the bed was super comfortable. If you need a dark room to sleep in, the bedroom lets in a ton of light in the mornings. Never figured out how to use the microwave. More than 1 kitchen towel would be helpful with a lengthy stay! When the unit above was rented, it was quite noisy but not much one can do...

"I had a lovely time staying in this beautiful large studio apartment. It was fully equipped and clean. It has a patio where I would look out into wonderful Walnut Creek. It’s in the city and I felt safe. The building is well maintained and secured. It’s always a pleasure to communicate with Alphe and Brad about my visit. I am looking forward to do more short term rentals from them again."
