"Really pleased with our overnight stay, had a free upgrade which was lovely, rooms were spotless and fresh looking. Kitchen area had everything you could need. Bathrooms spotless and great water pressure! All staff were very polite and welcoming and it had a good atmosphere. We rebooked parking and it was a very safe place to leave our car. "Walking distance from World Resort Arena and Birmingham International train station. Super convinient if yiu are attending a concert or event nerby. Price is extremely low considering for the area. Ower is super nice and had no problem reaching him to sort out payment issue. Highly recommend 👌 "

"Access to the property was well communicated by the host. The host did a good work regarding the cleanliness of the property. Nice environment, although the washand basin was leaking which possibly the host might not be aware about, I sincerely cannot fault this property. "

"I am impressed with the level of cleanliness within the apartment and the room I stayed in. It was also easy to self chekin. Two things I wasn't particularly impressed about were: 1. the stairs leading up to the apartment looked really untidy, greatly contrasting with the neatness within the apartment. 2. There was a strong smell of cigarette in the room I stayed in for 2 days despite a very conspicuous no smoking sign. I was not sure where this came from. I suggest you work on improving...

"I kid you not; these are the real pictures of this ‘not so pleasant apartment’. Everything was broken and dirty. The whole apartment smelled of constant cigarette smoke throughout my stay. The cheap price tag is for a reason, and you’ll only find out the hard way. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy."

Good security, which did make it a bit tricky getting in at first but host was easily contactable and very helpful. A touch of glamour near NEC & B'ham International

"Not the most glamorous views from this hotel, positioned between a petrol station and a business park, but great once you arrive. Free parking (barrier controlled). When you enter the reception atrium, it feels like an upmarket hotel, an impression helped by the efficient and friendly reception staff. Room was entirely satisfactory and in good condition. Easy to walk to Birmingham International station (15 mins, ask for directions) and then another 5 mins to NEC down covered corridors. Full English Breakfast is comprehensive, if not cheap, and recommended. I doubt anyone would regret booking this hotel. "

Very ideal for a hotel stay

"Stayed here for a business trip. Centrality was key, so the hotel does offer that, brilliant location right in the centre by the rail station. Very easy to get to via a short walk or even a quick cab ride. The hotel is on higher floors making it almost sound proof. The restaurant was good for the breakfast next morning, good choices and cordial staff. I forgot dental kit, which was provided by reception. They even took care of my luggage as I had my breakfast after checkout. All in all, a good, clean, centrally located, comfortable high standard hotel stay for a reasonable price to most its competitors surrounding it. Highlight is the amenities around the hotel, a Sainsbury's literally across the hotel from you in-case anything you may forget to bring with you. Several takeaways nearby, a whole shopping mall in walking distance and many bars, pubs, clubs and breweries around. There was even a massage place, a cinema and a gym in less than 2mins of walking distance from here. "
