Farmstay in Washington

"Excellent farmhouse located outside of Yakima, surrounded by fruit orchards. Recently renovated, the house is beautifully preserved in it’s 1910 style, with all of the necessary amenities of the 2020’s. Hot tub, outdoor cooking, sitting areas around the property provide for ample privacy. Four upstairs bedrooms share a single bathroom with shower and tub. The powder room downstairs is small, functional, and beautifully renovated. "

"It’s an old farmhouse so there is certainly some charm if you are into that. Could use some updates. Fridge looked old but not in a good way. Toaster didn’t work and the oven fan just vented into a cupboard above it. We did love sitting on the porch and how close we were to town. And the visit from the 3-legged dog. "

"This is a beautiful cottage situated on a lovely farm. The floor plan is open and bright and the views from the windows are breathtaking. The property is located both away from it all and close to everything. 10/10 would recommend "

"My wife and I had a most quiet and tranquil stay here. The unit was cozy, very comfortable, and impeccably clean. There were several thoughtful touches that made us feel welcomed. We understand a concern is whether the owners upstairs can be heard; we hardly ever heard them during our stay. "If you like privacy and a large yard and field for the dog, this is a great place. Also only 12-15 minutes from downtown Spokane, so you can make this work under all circumstances. Lisa (host) is very responsive and easy to deal with. Would stay again if in the area."

"The Farmhouse in White Salmon was lovely! Great communication with the host, easy check-in. We were only there for less than 12 hours, but enjoyed the cleanliness and amenities of the VRBO. Lots of the restaurants in town were closed on the Monday night that we stayed in White Salmon, but we got a great pizza right down the street. Best little wine bar right next door to the VRBO. Would stay again! "

"We had a group of 5 adults who were in the area for a family wedding. Pioneer house was perfect as it had enough room for us to spread out and it also had areas where we could all gather and tell stories. The house was similar to one I lived in when I was growing up so that was nostalgic! The grounds were amazing and so fu to explore. If we are ever in the area again, I would love to visit The Pioneer House again."

"This was an awesome property for our large family that was flying from different areas of the country. Close to the airport, and lots of comfy lounging areas in the house. Everything we needed for heating up a quick meal. For anyone heading out to a cruise port, it’s $50-$60 for a Lyft to the port."

"Spent the weekend with friends hiking and exploring North Cascades National Park. Our stay was wonderful and all we hoped it to be. The property was very clean, cozy, and supplied everything we needed. The guide book provided for our stay was very organized and had helpful information in case we had any questions. The hot tub, fireplace, and friendly backyard cows were some of our highlights! We would recommend this property to anyone and we hope to stay again soon, "
