"The Starrett House was a wonderful surprise. I felt like I was living in a museum instead of simple bed and breakfast. The accommodations were clean and comfortable and contained everything I needed. My breakfast was definitely on the gourmet side and I enjoyed sitting in the formal dining room feeling like I was a guest of the family who built the home. "This was a perfect getaway for relaxation and a break from the hustle and bustle of life. A chance to slow down and to take a deep breath. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was marvelous. "This is a unique property. Definitely not your normal bed and breakfast! However, if you are looking for a place away from the bustle of Leavenworth set in the forests of the Cascades then this is the place. We stayed in the Natapoc Suite which has a wonderful cottage/log cabin type of ambiance. Breakfast is boxed and delivered to the room. It was quite tasty. In other words, this property is excellent if you are looking for a rustic, woodland environment."

"Bed was comfortable, private bath, wonderful coffee and looking over to the paddock at the animals was really fun just was too cold to enjoy the property fully on this visit. It is not really close to town/harbor area so if that is important factor this would not be the property for you but a lovely country setting it delivers."
