"People are friendly; stayed before. Ate at Sea Breeze Restaurant and serve was poor; food delayed coming out; had breakfast package and it was good service and lots of options for all individuals. Stay away from EMP services skin services in the lobby area across from jewelry store. Bait and switch sales antics; felt I was in a time share presentation with my mother. Safe and services friendly; exercises equipment needs updating. Walkable to shops and restaurants. "

"The music by the pool was horrible. One minute mc hammer can’t touch this, shop by salt n pepper and literally the next was old time rock and roll song blasting. Adult pool had no music whatsoever. Staff was great and rooms were clean. Could use some updating outdoors. Great location, safe and good food. The ocean had really cool trampoline looking flotations that were amazing to lay on."

"Omar (concierge) went above and beyond in assisting my husband and I during our visit. He was very personable, provided great dining suggestions, and very hospitable! "This was our first trip to Aruba, and the Rio Palace was an absolutely beautiful place to stay. The resort is spacious and welcoming, with every staff member making you feel right at home. We stayed in the all-inclusive section, where meals and drinks were part of the package. While my wife and I don’t drink, so I can’t comment on the quality of the cocktails, I did notice plenty of French champagne bottles floating around! The food, however, was exceptional. We were always impressed by the variety offered at every meal. The location of the resort is fantastic—situated in a great part of the island with plenty of entertainment nearby, including restaurants, other resorts, and a ton of activities. Before visiting Aruba, we were frequent guests in Turks and Caicos. Now, we’re torn between the two destinations because each has its own unique vibe. That said, Aruba definitely impressed us with its charm. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering a trip to Aruba. It was an unforgettable experience!"
