"There were 3 female staff who where very helpful. The male staff were polite but without the help of the female staff were unable to help me. At first I was told there were no ironing facilities and on asking the manager an iron and ironing board were found. There are two floors and NO LIFT. Anyone with mobility problems would not be able to stay here. The hotel is far from the town centre and you will need a taxi. The taxi service they use do not have a metre and make up the taxi fare so...
