"Lovely setting, spacious resturant and kids playarea. Best carvery I had and good portions. Small and basic play area for toddlers but well positioned by tables for parents to eat while watching. "
"A lovely location to stay for a few days walking.
Owners and staff welcoming and friendly, good food, breakfast & evening, good service. Shepherds huts are clean, warm & cosy.

I had a very pleasant stay, thank you to the staff."
"Traditional style hotel, friendly, courteous staff throughout the stay, room was small but had everything we needed for our one night stay, clean bathroom, although the showers water pressure wasn't the best. Excellent evening meal and breakfast, located just off the main road, very good for exploring the rest of the village."
"Breakfast was fantastic - fresh fruit and lovely cooked breakfast. Staff were lovely. On the downside - the mattress was so soft it sunk straight down to the divan below; also the bathroom needed a dust and clean (skirtings/doors etc)"
"A beautiful location and building, great reception area. The staff were friendly, the decor good, the room comfortable, and the restaurant and breakfast good. "
"The hotel is in a good location for events and meeting friends and family in Sheffield.
The bed was comfortable. The view from the room window was very pleasant of the hotel grounds."

Leopold Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Check-in was smooth and the front desk clerk(male) was really friendly and efficient. He gave us a room on the 5th floor which was the top floor and he upgraded our room from a Double to a King.
The room was clean, spacious. The bathroom was excellent with everything we needed. The power/temperature of the shower was amazing.
We got a pretty deal at £64 for a Sunday stay.
