"The staff at the feathers were amazing. We were staying the night after a wedding and had booked 5 rooms at the hotel. We arrived just prior to the wedding and they allowed us to change in the toilets which were massive and really clean. They allowed us to take all the keys as we knew we would be back in the early hours of the morning. The rooms were really cozy and bathrooms lovely. The breakfast next day was good. The only downfall was that I ordered an eggs Benedict and the eggs were hard boiled not poached which was disappointing. Great set up and staff great. "

"Thoroughly unique, very pleasant experience. Beautifully presented with high quality decor, comfortable bed and a superb, modern en-suite. We wondered what the Continental Breakfast would offer and it was very, very good. Not just a bowl of cereal. Lots of choice including fresh fruit, yoghurts, croissants and a charcuterie board of meats and cheeses. The entry system into the building works well and is easily accessed and means that you can let yourself in at any time after 3pm without having to fix a time with the staff. We met our host at breakfast and she was friendly, courteous and very accommodating. We would certainly consider staying again and recommend it to others."
