"It was truly amazing! Ari and Mark were superb. We had to leave for JFK airport at 2 am to catch our flight. They waited up and served us coffee and tea and provided us with a bag lunch to go. You can’t beat that! Next visit to New York we will stay there again."

You have to put your item in twice to have it toasted. And there is always a line at the single toaster. It would be best to go somewhere else for breakfast."

"We booked here because we saw the rooms had a full size range with oven. Our room didn’t but we luckily had a plan b. Our tv allowed Netflix which was a bonus unfortunately it wouldn’t allow us to continually stream. The staff sent someone twice to try and fix it but it never worked. Other than these issues the room and accommodations were nice. "
