"the staff was friendly and there was a terrific energetic vibe. It felt like a little home. The pool was so small! Wish they would use less throwaway food service items, it is such a waste. We appreciated everything else so much!"

"9/10 for sure will be back in the near future. The view of the lake was absolutely stunning!! Would’ve given 10/10 had we not had to repeatedly visit the front desk for small inconveniences regarding our room keys. "

"It’s not top of the line but it’s no where near bottom either. Was there for a quick weekend and would return for another stay. Friendly staff, we had no issues with our room. Could use a little updating but doesn’t make the stay any worse. "

"The staff was great, the elevators were fast to get us to hire floors. Lots of different dining options, although you're paying Chicago prices for food and drinks. Our room though was freezing. Someone installed the heater vent that blew right on the thermostat which never let the room fully heat up. Otherwise it was a great place"
