"I loved everything about this property. Location was amazing----walkable to restaurants, Market Square, and a short drive or Uber ride to UT campus. The building (originally a flour factory) is so interesting and beautifully maintained. Parking right outside (included). The unit was beautifully appointed and Kelly couldn't have been more accommodating. I hope to return for another stay. Thank you!"

"This is a cute studio condo perfect for one person. It's in a great location and has basically everything you need. The host is amazing and quick to respond about anything you need. There were a couple things to fix, but he is on it. The futon is not comfortable, but may be okay for a very small child. The regular bed IS comfortable. The parking is covered, which is super nice. It keeps your car dry and cool. "
