"This is always our #1 hotel but we have noticed some decrease in the cleanliness and comfort. We have allergies and noticed the allowing of pets is affecting us more and more so we will have to make a change of hotels when we are Knoxville. The smell of pets and the hair is disgusting. "

"The stay was great. We were told on the app we could check in at 3pm but our room was not ready until 4. We had to be at a wedding at 4. However, my friends were staying there so we were able to use their room in the meantime. When we did finally receive our key, the nice gentleman in the front gave us a nice room so that made up for the inconvenience during check in. I would stay there again. Everything was great! "

"We came from Michigan heading to Florida and had already had a bad experience prior to this visit so with everything that this room has that the other one didn’t like HEAT we appreciate having heat in our room and throughout the building! You made our stay amazing!!!!"

"A reasonable price point if you just need a place to stay one night during travel. Was woken up at 1230 am by a man swearing and hollering. Perhaps par for the course for $65 a night, but we’re sandwiched between some very nice hotels in a good area with many dining choices. "

"Even with the construction which was going on while we were there, the hotel was quiet, very comfortable, and clean. It was close to shopping and many options. This was a quick stay for the night as we were traveling to our final destination in Cherokee, NC. "
