"Excellent hotel, great location, shop around the corner. All the people in reception, the bell boys, the housekeeping and maintenance people were extremely nice and helpful. Excellent facilities and the Coffee making machine with Nesspresso style pods were a life-saver for espressos as I don't like Starbucks. Fees were around £150 and £100 deposit for a 5 night stay, really great location close to all Grand Central station, Times Square and Broadway. Lots of places to eat nearby. The only thing we didn't like was that pull out sofa wasn't great, mattress not great, you could improve on that. Great facilities and cleanliness. We enjoyed our stay and would visit again. "The Berkshire Suite was large and comfortable and quiet in the back of the hotel. Very comfortable. Superb location. Restaurant could use some attention but good food. Most staff were very pleasant. Agree there should be a fridge and coffeemaker in every room for the four star rating and price. Would stay here again for the quality of the room and location. "

"The hotel is located close to the subway, just 2 minutes away, and there are a many stores nearby where you can do some shopping. The check-in process went smoothly. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with nothing to complain about. Overall, a 4-day stay went by with 0 issues. I highly recommend it."
