"Love the place! Very relaxing and an amazing view of the lake. Room was spacious, bed comfortable and its close to everything. Only negative is that the bathroom needs a refresh. Tub was stained and looked dirty. The toiket had stains. Water temperature was terrible. It was luke warm at best. "

"The bathroom and beds were clean carpets could use a shampoo, but I suppose that’s pretty normal. Even though the room floors are non-smoking, they still smell of cigarettes."

"Everything was clean. Towels and washcloths were great, slip mats clean, water pressure and drain worked well. Plenty of trash cans, cups for water and coffee, great beds and pillows. Upgraded furniture. 2 suitcase racks, thank you! Best breakfast with helpers available. View of my car from room. I feel safe here. Train noise may bother someone not use to it. Ambience! "

"You can tell the owners have a lot of pride in their hotel. Very clean with everything you need, and a great value for the price. Was in town for the Lake Havasu Half Marathon, and I couldn’t have asked for anything more."
