Bedding and pillows were very comfortable - some of the most comfortable I've experienced even in high end hotels. We paid $10 for a breakfast voucher. "Not my first time staying in a Hyatt. The facility seemed to be under construction/maintenance. Updates looked great. I will say that I feel like I got backlash for not booking straight through the hotel. I was on a business trip in which things are bundled to make it easier. The young lady at the front desk advised me that when booking outside of the hotel they do not know how many rooms the hotel actually has. So, the room I requested was not available. "The room was lovely and bed quite comfortable. I didn't eat in the restaurant, so I can't speak to their food. The bathroom was very nice, and i was pleasantly surprised that their shampoo / conditioner was natural and free of synthetics. If only more hotels would do this!!! Front desk service was kind. Since I didn’t have a car and had forgotten to pack a plug for my charging cable, they offered to drive me to a Walgreens so i could purchase a new plug. (FYI, they have nothing in the room that...
