"Awesome location as it is next to the Whitby Abbey. Location is reachable if you are driving. If you arrive by train, be prepared to walk more than the 199 steps up to the Abbey. One downside is lockers are not available in the rooms to secure your belongings whilst you are out and about."

This was an extremely good, and professional thing to do, as the property, was empty of guests at the time.
