    Very clean place. Everything is there you would need to stay there but food and drinks. Terry also called to see if we made it home safe.will definitely stay here again.

    Very cozy, calm and quiet

    Everything was just as listed very clean and super close to the Hatfield and McCoy Trails! The owner was very nice and helpful! Had a 2 firepits and a grill out back with plenty of wood. Would definitely recommend it and we would stay here again 100%

    Great little house super well kept, clean with everything you need. Just a few minutes ride to two of the main Buffalo Mountain Hatfield McCoy trail entrances. Terry is always available for support if needed. Big thank you again this year.

    Extremely Clean and all the amenities you need. Very easy parking with trailer. Offered a hose to rinse our side by side after riding. Very cozy and would highly recommend. Terry is a great host and communication was superb.

    Best place around!

    Stayed many times all around the Hatfield trails. Best place to stay, you couldn’t ask for better property owners. Super nice and responsive, even left lights on because we can in super late. The place was spotless and had everything you needed. Minuets from buffalo mountain trail head and gas. Thanks for the great stay!!

    After walking in, first impression was, this is clean. Comfortable and convenient. Close to Hatfield and Mccoy trailhead and not far from restaurants and grocery stores. Only thing, the shower could use a safty rail to get in and out. All and all a good stay

    The property was exactly as listed. It was clean, comfortable and had everything that we needed. Close to trails, gas and food.     Three Day Getaway

    This place is awesome, exceptionally clean, everything worked. great location to trail access, very quiet at night, Probably the best placed we have stayed while at the Trails, will definitely be staying there going forward. Terry was an excellent host, had thought of pretty much everything you could need or want. Worse part of leaving this review is that the secret will be out. :)
