"We had a lovely stay at the Crown & Cushion. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Evening meals and breakfast were great. Our room was very comfortable, although one of the walls could do with some tlc, but in a 500+yr old building you've got to expect some wear and tear and quirks. The landing floor was wonky and floorboards above us were creaky, but if you use the earplugs provided this isn't a problem. Great location for exploring Windsor. Literally a few steps from the front door you can see Windsor Castle which is about 5mins walk away. Free parking for your stay was a plus for us too. We would definitely stay again. "

"Easy to find hotel, with added advantage of basement patking. £15 a night. Check in was easy, the room was ready and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Took 5 mins to get to Windsor town. 10/15 to the castle. Breakfast was self service buffet. Overall, perfect for a tourist trip."
