"This has been our 3rd stay at this property twice in the last 2 months. Friendly staff, Excellent sized rooms, Nice bar/restaurant area and perfectly located for Terminal 2. "

"The security was very rude and intimidatory. They Would not allow me into the property without my key card. I explained that my friend has the key card and went back to the room early. I was the lead guest in the booking. I had email confirmation, my ID and the card I used to pay. Hotel security still refused me entry. I had to call the reception desk to get approval access. This was 4am. Prior to this rude hiccup I enjoyed my stay. After this incident it put a dampen on the rest of the trip."
