"Lovely hotel, very clean and staff Lovely. Used the spa which was nice but noticed the ice room needs some TLC (Mosiac tiles everywhere) and the seating in one sauna was broke. "That was a good price for an accommodation so close main street in Chester. I've got an instruction how to enter , password to WiFi and all important information. It was clear how to check in and check out. Room was tiny but I knew it before I booked and that was just for sleep anyway.
