"I stay here regularly and can never fault the welcome, the service or the breakfast. The hotel is in the process of refurbishment, and `I was unfortunate to have been allocated one of the older internal rooms on this stay, but having previously stayed in the newly refurbished rooms I can say that the new ones are better! For drivers of BEV cars, the hotel is adjacent to a popular Tesla Supercharger site, and the hotel carpark also has a small selection of destination chargers too - but these are very popular and access cannot be guaranteed."

"We arrived late and the woman on the check in desk was exceptional at getting us checked in as fast as possible as we had an early flight. The room was lovely!"

"Stayed here as we had an early flight. It was my 60th birthday and in my room they had decorated it with 60th balloons, card and chocolates. So very thoughtful and evidence of a hotel that goes the extra mile. Room was beautiful and breakfast served from 4am and complimentary. Would recommend "

"Lovely place with super gym and pool. Very clean throughout and staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and bar waiting times a bit long but we were in no rush. Great value for money."

"Waitering staff within the restaurant are the best thing about this hotel. Huge plaudits to both Summer and Stephen, who accomodated my children and I so much. Very personable and kids loved talking and playing with them. They go that extra mile to make you feel welcome and de-stress. Check in was simple, family room was nice and large, perfect for a family of 4. Pull out bed was a little too springy but fine for a couple of nights stay. Childrens pool was warm and noodles around for the kids to use. Staff, again, were very nice and my expectation was it would be busy but it wasn't. This meant we could spend time in the pool without much interruption. Didnt try the hot tub and sauna but looked like guests were having a good time. Kids dinner selection for vegetarians is limited to two dishes so could be expanded to include pizzas and a veg burger. Ice cream was delicious! Overall, a brilliant stay and will be coming back in the summer!"

"Great one-night stay. Lovely big room with sofa and comfortable bed :) Parking available at cost, restaurant within the hotel and decent sized mugs in the room for my cuppa in the morning! "
