"Listed as a study hotel, we were dubious as to what we would find. Needn't of worried.. Secure from the outside so felt safe immediately, staff on front desk were welcoming, friendly & helpful. Noticed straight away how clean & fresh the hotel looked & smelt. Our room was easy to find, with the use of stairs or lift available - also a stair lift too. On entering the room, we were pleasantly surprised at how spacious, clean & tidy it was. Plenty of tea/coffee, plus a fridge & safe. A tv too. Enough plug sockets"

"Had to leave very early in the morning to catch flight but had no problems, with the concierge handy to open doors. Concert next door but ample bar staff following end of concert. Stayed on 3rd floor, floor boards very creaky not sure if this disturbed people in room below. "
