"I stayed for a night. The staff was very helpful. They assisted with taxi booking, recommended restaurants, and fulfilled things you may need. Some notes: there is no lobby if you arrive early. But there is a tiny bar that is meant to be only for room service. They will serve you drinks and food till you get your place ready for checking in. Limited menu but very good. very clean and well managed. Air conditioning is good and beautiful interior design. Peacfull place to stay and relax in private pool."

"The hotel exceeded my expectations! First thing when we checked in we had a room bracelet that made it so easy to access the room without the old card method. The room's view is heaven, facing the beach and the staff used to clean the windows every day from the humidity so you can see the beach. Also, the shower is fancy and comfortable. The entertainment staff were so nice and made it fun on the beach and the pool. The food was delicious in all of the restaurants and we tried all of them during our stay. The hotel had a show for 2 hours every night, other hotels are so boring at night if you have kids and you can't hang out in the bar. If you have kids, the hotel has a whole kids' area that has activities for the kids all day. The staff were so professional and nice. Jose translated our conversation with the taxi driver and communicated well with him for an hour. Room service quickly responded to any concerns or requests, when we ordered food in the room it arrived in 10 minutes hot and fresh. When we had an issue with the fridge, it was replaced in 20 minutes. The hotel is very safe, they took the taxi driver’s information, DL, and ensured that he was coming to us and that we ordered him. I recommend the hotel to anyone and I will definitely go back with the family "

"The rooms were clean and modern and very comfortable. Cleaning service was very good. The main pool was good size and clean, there is fun rooftop area with good views and soaking tubs. Our breakfast was included, you ordered off a menu and it was tasty and filling. If you have rented a car and want to see a lot of sites, Centotes, mayan ruins, etc great location. You can still walk to good restaurants in Tulum and ten minute bike ride to beach. There is really no public beach in Tulum and had much seaweed. Jaguar beach is US$20 per person entry fee. The Jaguar park beach is very nice and we did stop at Paraiso beach club which had nice facilities along with the very nice Jaguar park beach."
