"I needed a hotel close to the airport. From the pictures and being the Radisson, I expected more. My non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes and had a burn mark in the chair. Whatever. Asked for a different room and they brought me to another. Jacuzzi was cracked significantly. Stayed in original room. Stand up shower leaks water to the main bathroom. Flooded outside everytime you shower. It just becomes uncomfortable. Staff are really pleasant and accommodating though so that's why I called it...

"The staff were all very friendly and helful. The hotel is well located, very quite place, well connected to bus stop (nearest metro statition 10 minutes by bus) ... Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection. Room basic but was clean with the essence. Ability to store your liggage after check out. Carpets and textile covering of upholstered furnuture need to be replaced as soon as possible! very outdated :-("

"The wifi seems inaccessible without a "Turkish ID" number. The staff was more than willing to provide one, but the new system may need a sustainable option for yabancı guests. I continue to love the (included) breakfast. The Lucera (?) restaurant is a great option for lunch and dinner with reasonable prices for the quality and quantity of food. At this time of year at least, if you don't get a lake-view room, you get the sunrise on the other side! "

"The reception staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. We arrived after 10 pm on the first night and the restaurant manager arranged for food to be prepared for us even though the restaurant was closed. We were then escorted to our rooms and they carried our luggage. When i couldn't change currency at any of the local banks, the hotel receptionist very kindly assisted me. The customer care and professionalism of the staff is first rate. "

"It was a great stay. Wonderful staff and the breakfast buffet was amazing. Only issues were there was water damage on the ceiling in the bathroom which could turn moldy that was just painted over and there was a dog in the back of the hotel that barked for hours upon hours all throughout the night. The air conditioning also did not work well so it was pretty hot and difficult to sleep "
