This house is in the Centre of Helmsley within 100m of all the local amenities. The property has just been renovated upstairs to provide ensuite bathrooms to all 3 bedrooms.

The property is a tastefully decorated spacious 3 bedroom cottage. The property has a modern kitchen with all the amenities and utilities that you will require. There is a separate dining room with seating for 8. The sitting room is adjacent with two comfy sofas and two armchairs. There is also the addition of a sunroom on the side of the property with sofas and chairs so you can relax with your wine in the evening sun.
Upstairs there is one bedroom with a king size bed, a second bedroom with 2 divan beds and a third bedroom with 2 single beds. Each bedroom is ensuite with a shower, wc and washbasin, plus bathroom 1 has the addition of a bath. There is a separate loo and washbasin downstairs.
There is a Washing machine, tumble dryer, large freestanding fridge/freezer and a separate fridge.
Towels and bed linen are provided, changed on a weekly basis unless requested otherwise.
Outside there is a private secure garden with outdoor furniture, bbq and a summer house. There is car parking for 2-3 cars in the driveway. It is a lovely homely house, great for couples, families and small groups, who want to explore North Yorkshire. Well behaved dogs are allowed .
It is also ideal for two families that want privacy but can come together for meals etc, if both properties are rented together. It is a very quiet area with great views but close to shops, galleries, restaurants and Duncombe Park

Wonderful half term stay
I brought my three grandchildren to stay in this house in Helmsley, and what a wonderful time we had. The house was perfect, ideally situated - just a short walk into Helmsley, and it suited us really well. Three bedrooms, each with an en-suite, well equipped kitchen, comfortable sitting room, and the bonus of the conservatory so that we weren't on top of each other. The house was spotlessly clean, and Amanda has thought of everything to make your stay totally relaxed. Thank you, we hope to return soon, and would have liked to stay longer this trip.

The property is excellent. Owner has two properties side by side. We have stayed in one or the other on maybe eight occasions now. Owner is very helpful in all things. Property is very well furnished. The location is absolutely excellent -- within walking distance of anything your heart desires. Pubs, Restaurants, Food shops, Delicatessan, Theater, Church, bus stop all within 400 yards!! Property gardens are beautiful.

Amazing place
This proprty was awesome. We (family of five adults) used it as a base to explore the Dales and Moors, but I could have just spent the entire time exploring the lovely market town of Helmsley. You cannot go wrong renting this lovely home. Because I don't like to give perfect reviews I have to take a point off...because the teapot dribbled!☺ Sorry Amanda. You only get 9 1/2...out of five!

Amazing Stay
This was just perfect! The house was well stocked including the kitchen and the location could not have been better. It was so lovely just to walk through the church yard to the pub for dinner. I would highly recommend and we will def. be back!!

Just perfect!
Five friends and myself stayed at the house at the end of September for three nights. It was just perfect for us. It was in a great location, which meant we were able to walk into Helmsley and enjoy some fabulous meals in the lovely restaurants. Can definitely recommend Coopers restaurant. The house was clean,, comfortable and had everything we could wish for during our stay. Communication with Amanda was good, too .Can most definitely recommend.

Amazing family stay
This property was fantastic! It was accurately described, spacious, comfortable and warm. It is a real home from home with everything you could possibly need. It was perfectly placed literally just off the main square which was great for one of our party who had mobility issues. Amanda was a great host, excellent communication and even left milk and yummy biscuits. Secure garden area which was ideal for our dog. He loved his biscuits too.
