"Staff at this hotel are so super friendly, helpful and efficient! Gave us great restaurant recommendations at front desk. Called housekeeping for a luggage cart and it arrived in less than a minute. I was having trouble filling my water bottle with the infused water set up, and instantly someone was there to re-arrange it so that I could fill with ease. Amazing customer service for a Comfort Inn!!!! "

"Very nice and clean hotel. Room was spacious and comfortable. We didn’t use the pool, gym, or got breakfast, but they all seemed great. Would definitely stay again if in the area."

"We really enjoyed our one night stay and the staff were all fantastic. Breakfast has limited seating so be sure to get there early. Internet/wifi was spotty but was possibly due to stormy weather in the area. "

"Although we only stayed one night, we hope to spend more time there in the future. For our family of four, this setup was perfect.with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, as well as the kitchen, dining and living rooms. We also liked that it is close to a grocery store and the outlet mall. Next time we hope to use more of the property's amenities like the swimming pools and outdoor recreation areas."

"The Williamsburg Lodge is located right in the middle of Colonial Williamsburg. We walked everywhere and didn’t have to use the car for 3 days. It is an older hotel but that is what gives it the cozy historical charm. "
