"House was extremely well equipped, hot tub was in excellent working order. Great views from the patio and very close to coastal hiking trails. Saw lots of wildlife (deer, turkeys, gray fox) and marine life (whales and sea lions), and really enjoyed the deer and turkeys in our front yard every morning. The only negative was window screens that were non-existent or in need of repair, overall it was a great experience and would recommend."

"This would be a five-star review in all aspects except for a few maintenance issues that need attention: 1. Some light bulbs need to be replaced: one in the entry hall, one at ceiling level in the living room area, and one under-cabinet light in the kitchen. 2. The guest bath sink drain plug is inoperable. 3. The guest bathroom toilet paper dispenser falls apart when used. With these maintenance issues addressed, we’d highly recommend this home for a quiet retreat for a couple. "

"We stayed in Sea Ranch in many homes, and this is one of the top two. We were at awe from the moment we entered. The view is indeed fantastic from both floor windows. The house is furnished with great taste and attention to details. It is also stocked with everything necessary, and I cannot think of anything which should be added. The place is luxurious for a couple, and very comfortable for two couples, or a couple with 1 or 2 children. It will be on the top of our list when we travel...
