"Beautiful property! The room was wonderful. the location was superb. The staff was friendly and accomodating. We arrived early and asked to check in early and were cheerfully told that our room would be ready at 3pm (check in time). Not early, but they presented it in such a pleasant, positive manner that it seemed like they were doing us a favor! I loved every aspect of the Riu Santa Fe. The local Sea Turtle rescue even released hatchlings right in front of the hotel! And Whales could be seen from the infinity pool! Gorgeous sunrises, gorgeous sunsets, right from the beachfront pools. I never wanted to leave. I would definitely stay here again. The RIU app made it very easy to check which restaurants were open, and the menus. You can also check which pools are open, etc. The currency exchange gave us up to the minute exchange rates (better than the banks) with no fees. "
