Beautiful resort! Recently celebrated our anniversary and a friends birthday. The onsite restaurants were accommodating for our larger sized group- great food and service overall. Amazing spa experience with massage and hydrotherapy options. The upgraded room with butler service made our stay even more special.

The front desk staff was extremely unhelpful. I have Expedia VIP platinum which provides a free upgrade and the hotel lied about having next category of rooms (resort view only) while asking for additional payment for an upgrade for a larger room with partial ocean view. The front desk and restaurant staff has also misinformed us about happy hour offering on at least half a dozen different occasions. There were also issues with noise and security had to be called almost every day in the middle of the night due to drunk people screaming/crying right in our hallway.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Viceroy. The views are amazing. We slept on the balcony bed every night. It was extremely quiet, and the sounds of the ocean put us right to sleep. Best sleep I ever had. The only hang up I have is that Drones are not allowed on the resort. As a creative, it would have been nice to capture some over head shots of that beautiful place.

Our absolute favorite place to stay in San Josè Cabo. No other property can even come close to comparing. The staff is amazing, pleasant, and helpful. A waiter went out of his way to be extremely helpful with a food allergy, and made my night. Our room was enormous, with a plunge pool on our patio, with access to the wading pool. The property looks very minimal, but offers so much. Tons of places to lounge near the beach, or pools, never a fight for a good spot. My only complaint would be the prices at the spa. Everyday our butler would bring a lists of specials for the spa for the next day. Even with 1/2 off the prices rival USA prices in high end spas.

The Viceroy Hotel offers an exceptional experince with its well- maintained,clean facilities and beatiful views! The staffs are incredibly friendly and attentive to your needs. I celebrated my birthday/anniversary with hubby and i must say i will never ever forget this amazing experince here at Viceroy.

We absolutely enjoyed the ambience of the resort. Super Chill, Zen Vibez, delicious food, excellent service. The spa was incredible coupled with hydrotherapy. Top shelf liquor, yummy house cocktails, and views of the ocean and beach at every pool. We did get hit with a tropical storm and still received first class services. Our elevator didn’t work for a full day due to the tropical storm but we didn’t mind walking. The workout room is absolutely fabulous with the best equipment and enough room to do HIIT training. If you want a beautiful room and a relaxing escape, this is the place.
