"We stayed at Hacienda for the first time. We had a great stay! The property staff was great. the property only has 1 restaurant so on property dining is limited but close enough to other great local restaurants. The only draw back was the 2 cruise liners that came into the port and blocked our views for 2 days. Beach is accessible and great service available beach side. We will definitely return. "

"The waiters were great, we got water all over the first night from turning off the AC unit and they moved us but when we went back down a couple of hours later to ask about something else my wife and I were scolded by a lady at the front deck. No ever told us not to turn off the AC "
"Great value for what you are getting. Everyone was friendly, service was great, food was great with lots of options. Only downside of the hotel was that it was a bit on the older side and pools were warm.
