"Self check in, despite having done it online, a little annoying. No contact with staff, no reception area to speak of. Rooms aren’t just small, they are tiny. Lighting options are poor. Centrally controlled Aircon blows onto the bed and resets to cold in the morning. On plus side, fabulous location, quiet rooms, bed comfortable. Good blackout curtains. Very clean, apart from marks on wall, to be expected, when the room is so small and nowhere to place luggage, or anything else. "

"Room clean and a good size, standard room bed felt pretty small and not super comfortable. Bathroom had a bath which was great. Shower pretty good. Room and hotel felt a little tired. Location was excellent and fun to get to from T 5 on the Heathrow pods. Burger and club sandwich was excellent, bar and restaurant very nice. Front office staff very friendly. "

"Beyond impressed with this hotel. Super clean, and my room shower had constant water pressure and hot water with no issues. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Plus, Paddington Railway station and the tube is only a 3 min walk from the hotel. There are so many amenities around the hotel, nothing to worry about. "
