"Nice hotel set in lovely countryside, very friendly staff. Evening meal was good, although it was a very quiet period which led to no deserts being available which was a bit of a let down. All that being said we had a pleasant stay."

"Changed rooms due to noisy pipes, but they were very helpful about this. Couldn’t ever get through to anyone at reception. Went down to order good, sent the wrong food! Ate it anyway as was very hungry! It was good. Breakfast was good. "

"The whole experience from sign in to leaving was first rate. All members of staff from reception to breakfast service couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Definitely a hotel to return to when in the area. "

"Downstairs great, restaurant, breakfast, bar, especially the service and welcime though. Uostaurs us tired, dribbly shower, radiators don't seem to work (there is an oil heater supplied), caroet a bit manky and old. Needs some investment to bring the place back. For the centre of Knutsford this was all quite a surprise... "

"The building itself is old and as a result has a lot of charm, I needed somewhere to stay close to stoke hospital but didn’t want to break the bank, this hotel didn’t, the staff were all friendly bed was clean and comfy, I will say take toiletries though as the ‘complimentary’ ones consisted of 2 small soaps. Breakfast was lovely and worth the extra expense "
