"Oh the hotel was excellent! I was there three days two nights and even on my second day or second night the maids did my room and that was really nice. The rain shower head in the bathroom was fabulous. The room I stayed in was on the third floor well appointed beautifully furnished. The staff there is just wonderful professional and friendly and attentive. Olives bistro is a very nice restaurant and also the bar seemed like it would be good I don't drink. Overall a wonderful place to stay....

"This property is a great budget friendly option for Universal Studios. Very close to the Burbank airport . The bathroom could use a refresh as it had quite a bit of wear. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with microwave and fridge. There are a few dining options that are walkable and a mini mart across the street. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. They called a lift to shuttle us to and from the airport. The only downside to this property is the street and train noise. Would recommend...

"Staff was amazing! From the front desk, to the staff taking my coffee order every morning, and staff seeing I needed an extra hand while Carey a load of laundry! So friendly and helpful. My one critique is there are no in room safes. Had I known that at the time of booking, I most definitely would have chosen to stay elsewhere. Safety of my belongings is important.I shouldn’t be stressed carrying around my valuables or worrying about leaving my value in the hotel. Neither option are ideal."
